After graduating from high school, lawyer Sascha Jung first trained as a reserve officer and lone soldier in the German Armed Forces. He then underwent banking training, which has given him a deep understanding of economic and financial relationships to this day – an advantage that he uses in a targeted manner in his legal advice.

He studied law in Munich and has been working as a lawyer for over 20 years – specializing in corporate law, inheritance law and complex asset and company succession issues. He advises family businesses, shareholders and wealthy private individuals on the structuring of companies, shareholdings and succession solutions. A particular focus is on foundation law, in particular the founding and legally compliant structuring of national and international foundation models for long-term asset protection.

In addition, Sascha Jung has in-depth experience in real estate and construction law, particularly in connection with inheritance law or corporate investments. His combination of legal, military and business training characterizes his structured, strategic approach.

He gained extensive experience abroad during his studies, particularly in South America – especially Chile – and in the United Arab Emirates, where he is still regularly involved in consultancy projects. His close ties to the Spanish-speaking world and his knowledge of Spanish enable him to provide effective client support in cross-border constellations, particularly between Germany, Spain and Latin America.
