Dr. Rolf Landskron holds a doctorate in law and has been admitted to the bar since 2007 – initially in North Rhine-Westphalia and since 2009 with his office in Munich. He obtained the title of Dr. jur. in 2005, supplemented by the internationally recognized Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the renowned Bond University in Australia. He had previously been awarded the degree of Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (FH).

After his first professional positions in public law and criminal law, his focus shifted early on to civil and commercial law. He has many years of experience in the areas of commercial law, company law and comprehensive legal support for companies – also at the interface with public law.

Dr. Landskron has a particular focus on real estate and inheritance law, especially in the structuring of complex property successions involving real estate. In close cooperation with tax advisors, he develops tailor-made and tax-optimized solutions for entrepreneurs and private individuals.

Within Dubai Business Consulting, Dr. Landskron is responsible for the area of financial consulting. He works closely with the tax and legal advice departments to develop integrated and interdisciplinary strategies for complex corporate and asset structures. His in-depth knowledge of banking and capital market law flows specifically into international financing models – such as capital procurement, investor solutions, corporate succession or restructuring.
