Gotthard Steiner, born on November 11, 1958 in Berchtesgaden, is an internationally experienced entrepreneur, project developer and strategic investor with over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, commodities trading and international project development. After studying law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, he began his entrepreneurial career in 1987 in international trading in metals, ores and mineral resources – particularly in the region of Iran and the former Soviet Union.

He has been working in the real estate industry since 1990, with projects in Germany, Austria, Spain and the United Arab Emirates. His focus is on the development and implementation of complex construction and infrastructure projects.

Gotthard Steiner has been CEO of Dubai Business Consulting since 2020. In this role, he brings all of his knowledge and international experience to bear to significantly advance the company’s strategic direction, business development and international partnerships.

He is also a board member of the Berdelle Foundation for Science, Culture and Technology and is involved in the “Value Preservation & Transfer” initiative, which promotes sustainable asset strategies and corporate responsibility.
